Bael Fruit:

Bael fruit (Bal Giri) is a fruit of Aegle marmelos native to Southeast Asia. Normally Bael herb has been eaten in all forms, fresh, dried, and juice. Bal Giri benefits have a long history of medicinal usage in Unani Tibb. Bael fruit uses for the treatment of digestive problems, viral infections, and fever. The compounds extorted from the fruit reveal prevailing effects in protection against perilous bacteria that if not treated well can cause severe digestive problems, stomach aches, and fever.

The Bal Giri contains antioxidants that help in the cure of gastric ulcers, and Bal Giri uses in alleviating the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.
