Bael fruit (Bal Giri) is a fruit of Aegle marmelos native to Southeast Asia. Normally Bael herb has been eaten in all forms, fresh, dried, and juice. Bal Giri benefits have a long history of medicinal usage in Unani Tibb. Bael fruit uses for the treatment of digestive problems, viral infections, and fever.
