Suggested Use:

For Adults: 5ml (1 teaspoon) twice a day mixed with water, milk, lassi, or Sharbat Bazoori.

For Children: 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) twice a day mixed with water, milk, lassi, or Sharbat Bazoori.
