Aqar Qarha:
Root pyrethrum or (Aqar Qarha benefits) is an excellent perennial plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family and has a lot of health while usually found in North India, Arab countries, Mediterranean regions, and North Africa. This herb (Root Pyrethrum uses) is an active ingredient in the preparation of traditional or herbal medicines; however, the other common names are pellitory root pyrethrum and Spanish chamomile.
The phytoconstituents and bioactive components such as alkylamines work effectively against many diseases and enhance fertility while the other main properties are anti-convulsive, neuroprotective, anti-catarrh, antibacterial, carminative, analgesic, and anti-amnesiac. N-is obutyldienediynamide, Hydrocarolin, Insulin, Sesamin, Alkylamides, and Polysaccharides are the active chemical compounds in this herb that treat fertility and sexual issues while improving the cognitive abilities also.

Being a rubefacient and local irritant, when applied to the skin, it induces heat, tingling and redness.
Recommended Dosage: 2 to 3 g powder of dried roots.
Contraindication: In larger doses it is an irritant to the mucus membrane of the intestines, causing bloody stools, tetanus-like spasms and profound stupor.
